Work in Progress: Refining Sind
The map I made ten years ago for Sind has always left me a bit empty. So tonight, inspired by Bruce Heard’s work on Alphatia, I decided to take another pass at it.
I concentrated mostly on Azadgal and Baratkand, adding things that seemed appropriate to the descriptions of these regions in Champions of Mystara.
Any thoughts?
The main direction is to bridge the gaping chasm between Sind and Shahjapur, upping the population by upgrading a few towns to cities and adding more towns and villages.

Brilliant. I’m on board with filing in bare spots on the map especially if there is the slightest source material to use.
Nice use of the slide over tool.

i prefer the lettering type on the left, but the map on the right,
lettering left is better, map right has more variation/detail

Which labels do you prefer on the left hand map? There are only a few differences, mainly in labels for mines, and mountains. Was it one of these, or something else?
